The National Weather Service says tsunami advisories are now lifted for most of the Northern California coast as of late Wednesday morning after the massive 8.8 magnitude earthquake sent waves across the Pacific.

Tsunami advisory has been cancelled for Bay Area, Central Coast, but officials urge caution as dangerous coastal conditions expected through the day.

The Bay Area is no longer under a Tsunami Advisory, which the National Weather Service says has been canceled for the Central Coast of California.
