TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) — A man accused of entering a Walmart in Michigan and randomly stabbing 11 shoppers before being detained by bystanders in the store parking lot is expected to face terrorism and multiple assault charges, authorities said Sunday.
"I'm still sitting and grappling with the weight of realizing that it was kind of a life-or-death moment," said Julia Martell, who witnessed the stabbing, which wounded 11 people.
Walmart in Traverse City Saturday, July 26th. One of the bystanders, Matthew Kolakowski, is from Kent County. He helped to detain the suspect.
The stabbing spree at a Walmart near Traverse City left 11 people injured. The suspect appeared to randomly target the victims, according to police.

Eleven people were wounded in a stabbing incident at a Walmart in Traverse City, Michigan, officials said Saturday evening. A man is in custody.Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael D.
