Draisaitl provided an assist and added two PIM in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Stars. Draisaitl assisted on a Viktor Arvidsson tally in the first period. The helper allowed Draisaitl to pull even with Tim Stutzle for the longest active point streak in the league at 14 games.
It's a third straight multi-point effort for Draisaitl, who has accumulated 11 goals and nine assists, as well as nine power-play points, during his 13-game point streak. He put the Oilers ahead 2-1 with his goal in the second period and added a helper on Evan Bouchard's game-winner in overtime.
Aside from going 2-for-3 on the power play, the Oilers' offense was fairly listless. Draisaitl individually has been excellent all season, and especially lately during a 12-game point streak consisting of 10 goals and eight helpers.
Draisaitl's two assists helped raise his point streak to 11 contests and he has 16 points in that span. Overall, the 29-year-old center has 46 assists, 90 points and 200 shots on net in 60 games this season.
