Former Alabama and Texas tight end Amari Niblack has reportedly found a new home in the SEC at Texas A&M for his senior season.

The Texas A&M football program has landed a commitment from a former Alabama and Texas tight end in the transfer portal.

Tight end Amari Niblack is undoubtedly hoping that his senior year will be the one in which he breaks out, but he's no longer going to be hoping for that breakout to come with the Texas Longhorns.

Former Texas tight end Amari Niblack is headed east to join Texas A&M. Niblack opted to transfer from the Longhorns after getting little playing time this season behind Gunnar Helm and Juan Davis. Niblack had five catches for 33 yards.

Texas A&M OC Collin Klein loves him some tight ends (please be mature, people), and added another one via the transfer portal on Monday from just down the road. Former Alabama and now former Texas TE Amari Niblack has reported committed to the Aggies.
