The Ohio Department of Development and Lifeline, Inc., wants to reassure Lake County residents that seasonal assistance continues to be available to alleviate the burden of costly energy bills.
The Lifeline program offers a fixed monthly bill of $34 a month for income eligible households without a past due balance.
