Officials confirmed a fourth tornado touched down Sunday night in the Greater Cincinnati region. The local National Weather Service office confirmed Tuesday a tornado struck near Napoleon, Ind., in Ripley County, over the weekend. The small town is about an hour west of Downtown Cincinnati.
The National Weather Service (NWS) has confirmed that at least 3 tornadoes touched down. One of the tornadoes touched down in Butler County north of New Miami and was determined to be an EF0, according to the NWS. That tornado had a peak wind speed of 80 mph and was 150 yards at its widest.
Tornadoes have been reported in Ripley and Butler counties, causing damage including a barn roof being torn off. Hail up to 1.75 inches was reported as severe weather swept through the area.

The National Weather Service issued 10 tornado warnings in Southeast Missouri on April 2, with one EF-2 tornado confirmed. The storm caused structural damage but no injuries were reported.
