Karan KC and Sumit Maharjan’s batting helped Kathmandu Gurkhas beat Karnali Yaks by three wickets. Lokesh Bam’s 71 and a breathtaking finish from Chris Sole 14 (4) led Biratnagar Kings to a two-wicket win over Lumbini Lions.

Kathmandu Gurkhas won the toss and decided to bowl first against Karnali Yaks in the sixth match of the inaugural Nepal Premier League taking place in Kirtipur.

After winning the toss, Kathmandu Gurkhas elected to bowl, restricting Karnali Yaks to 149 runs for the loss of five wickets in their allotted 20 overs. The Gurkhas successfully chased the 150-run target in 19.3 overs, with seven wickets down.
