Rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is being accused in a new lawsuit of choking a model on a music video set in 2010.

Last month, Kanye West’s ex-assistant sued him for allegedly drugging and raping her at a Diddy party. Now, the disgraced rapper is also facing a lawsuit from model Jenn An for allegedly sexually assaulting her and strangling her in 2010 on the set for La Roux’s “In For The Kill” music video.

Kanye West has been accused of sexual assault by America’s Next Top Model alum Jenn An. According to legal documents obtained by Us Weekly, An, 39, filed a lawsuit against West, 47, on Saturday3. In the docs,
