Ticonderoga, NY (WRGB) — New York State Police have charged Luciano Frattolin from Canada with second-degree murder following the discovery of his 9-year-old daughter, Melina Galanis Frattolin, whose body was found in Ticonderoga.

The charges Luciano Frattolin faces were not immediately available, but records show he was booked early Monday at the Essex County jail
