The Pittsburgh Steelers got a close look at a potential draft sleeper last week at the Hula Bowl last week. According to a report by Ryan Fowler of The Draft Network, the Steelers had a meeting with Louisiana Monroe cornerback Car’lin Vigers at the Hula Bowl in Orlando, Florida.
