In a massive development, Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Braedyn Locke is entering the transfer portal, he announced on Wednesday. Locke, a redshirt sophomore this past season, was the team’s starting quarterback for a majority of the year after starter Tyler Van Dyke suffered a torn ACL on the opening drive of Wisconsin’s Week 3 loss to the Alabama Crimson Tide.
