NORTH BERWICK, Scotland (AP) — Masters champion Rory McIlroy took another step toward emerging out of the doldrums with two big shots at the end of his round Saturday that led to a 4-under 66 and gave him a share of the lead with Chris Gotterup in the Scottish Open.

Moving Day at The Renaissance Club in North Berwick, Scotland, saw World No. 2 Rory McIlroy make a charge to the top of the leaderboard.

McIlroy has come close to winning since that Sunday at Augusta National, but a 4-under 66 on Saturday gave him a share of the lead with Chris Gotterup.
