Mandan High School Girls Basketball Coach Shannon Copas resigned Wednesday night after being accused of improper behavior at Raging Rivers Waterpark in Mandan.

Brian Erickstad, convicted of the 1998 murders of his adoptive parents, will be resentenced after winning an appeal through the North Dakota Supreme Court.
