Funeral services for a beloved Atlanta rapper are expected to take place Monday afternoon in South Carolina. Rapper Young Scooter, whose real name is Kenneth Bailey, died on his 39th birthday. Atlanta police say they were responding to a 911 call about what appeared to be a domestic dispute that later was revealed to be a hoax.

A public viewing is scheduled to take place from noon to 4 p.m. at Donald Trimble Mortuary in Decatur, allowing fans and community members the opportunity to pay their respects.

Atlanta rapper Young Scooter will be laid to rest today, a little more than a week after the 39-year-old's death. The funeral for the rapper, whose legal name was Kenneth Bailey, will be held at 1 p.m.
