Oct 10, 2011 · 3-4 times a week at around 7:00 AM Pacific time my telo base station drops off line (red Ooma logo flashing, all blue lights except numbers 1 & 2 off). I have waited as long as ten minutes for things to get back to normal, but no results. I unplug and restore the power, and the telo comes back on line after the usual startup cycling.

Interestingly, the phone works with only the dim blue light on and no others. Kind of like I put the unit in a "dark" mode, with only the ooma light illuminated. Optional: When the Ooma Telo goes into the boot sequence, unplug the Internet cable going to the Ooma Telo Internet port. This should prevent the Ooma Telo from re-acquiring the Modem information, which may be preventing the Router LAN-Ooma connection.

Mar 14, 2012 · I bought my two base stations (and a few handsets) and just went to activate the 2nd base station. I am now told that there is no way to bridge the two units and the best I can do is buy two subscriptions to Ooma Premire and use forwarding to get the phones to ring at both places, but no way to have outgoing calls go out on the desired numbers.

Sep 30, 2022 · Suddenly, yesterday while my incoming calls seemed to be working ok, I lost my dial tone on my DP1. I unplugged the base and had it recycle, to where it showed the red, red blinking and then blue. My handsets now connected with a dial tone, however, my DP1 did not connect to the base until the following morning when I received a call.

I powered off the base unit and both handsets for 5 minutes. powered on the base unit and waited until it was online. put batteries back into one of the handsets and it goes right to searching for base unit message. Same for snd HD2 set. In frustration, I unregistered both handsets.
