You can look into Roman busts and statues of him. As far as I recall, he has thick, curly hair. He was born in Rome, so probably had a mediterranean skin tone, and is most likely based on demographic data of the region now to have had brown eyes and a darker hair colour.

The last of the rulers known as the Five Good Emperors, and the last emperor of the Pax Romana — an age of relative peace, calmness and stability — Marcus Aurelius Antoninus ruled the Roman Empire for almost 20 years.

May 12, 2020 · I want a more realistic rendition of what he may have looked like. Are there detailed descriptions of Marcus' complexion, hair color, eye color, etc? Would he have had a more usual Italian lighter olive skin tone? a ruddy face? Is his hair dark, or light? What color would the clothes have been?
