Feb 19, 2017 · If any of that is incorrect please tell me. My question is on the length of track spikes. Does the longer the spike mean faster? Is that the same in the 100 200 and 400. Im mostly talking about 7mm vs 9mm. Also is a 9mm even aloud in outdoor track. Also steel spikes that last long or those other spikes that are supposed to be super light?
