Jun 4, 2023 · It seems from the latest release notes that the Obisdian app icon can be changed using the new tool to build your own app icon. However, I cannot find instructions anywhere on how to change the app icon when you create a new one.

Oct 14, 2023 · Obsidian uses Lucide Icons., an OS Icon Library. You can download them from there but in SVG format. The way I got the icons was installing Iconize. In the plugin settings, you download the Lucide Icon Pack and in the .Obsidian/icons folders you will find a ZIP file with +1200 icons but, in SVG format too.

Jul 5, 2022 · Just couldn't quite handle the Obsidian icon on the white background on Mac knowing it's possible to have it on alpha / transparency. So, here is the icon you'll want to replace your current file with. Right click your app icon in Finder, select 'Show Package Contents' then navigate to Contents/Resources/icon.icns and replace it with this one.
