Back in 2021 we were approached by Chris McKay and his team to do some early design exploration for Renfield played by Nicholas Hoult and Dracula played by Nicolas Cage. Both characters go through changes to their appearance throughout the film so we were tasked to explore a few different looks for each of them.

Concept Art for the 2023 film “Renfield” Exploring the deteriorating : restorative versions of Nic Cage as Dracula . We did a ton of work on this conceptually , from teeth and wardrobe to eyes / skin complexion and full art of his various forms - how he was injured in the flashbacks and burned up, to how he got back to his normal form .
