Day 1 of STOCKTOBER!!! Canning homemade Ketchup: 11 cans of tomato paste 3 cups distilled white vinegar 3 cups filtered water 2 cups cane sugar (or honey) 4 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp salt Stir all ingredients together in a pot and turn the heat on low. Stir for a few minutes until you get your desired ketchup texture. Fill 1/2 pint jars to 1/4 inch headspace. Debubble, wipe your rims and place on lids and rings. Water bath for 15 mins!
