Easily misidentified as a shark at first, a bottlenose dolphin came into full view recently near Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge Complex in Florida! The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service said, "This is your reminder that dolphins and sharks both have dorsal fins, and your brain will absolutely jump to conclusions every single time. "A bottlenose dolphin’s dorsal fin is usually curved backward, almost like a soft comma. Shark fins tend to be straighter, more triangular, and sharper." #Dolphin #
