I have been obsessed with rucking lately which, of course, means having a ruck sack (I used Rucker 4.0, if you’re curious, and I have no affiliation whatsoever). But what’s really cool is using said rucksack for augmented lifting in the gym to compensate for my inability hold heavy things for now.
